I. The Sanctity of Silence (Data Collection)
At Act Arcana, we respect the sanctity of your confessionals. Unlike the crowded theaters of the modern web, we do not employ spies in the wings. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
When you consult the Oracle or reveal a Mask, the calculation happens entirely within your own device (Client-Side). Your questions, your hopes, and your fears dissolve into the ether the moment you close the tab. We have no database of your destiny.
II. The Ghost in the Machine (Local Storage)
We use very minimal "local storage" technologies—think of them as temporary stage notes. These are used solely to remember your preferences (like if you've muted the sound) for your current session. These notes are stored on your device, not our servers, and you can burn them (clear cache) whenever you wish.
III. No Spectators (Third Parties)
We believe your reading should be private. However, to build this stage, we rent props from others. We use Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to load our fonts and styles (Tailwind, FontAwesome). These providers may see your IP address as you enter the theater, purely for security and delivery purposes. They are the stagehands, not the audience.
IV. The Iron Curtain (Security)
While we collect nothing, the internet is a vast and sometimes perilous stage. We encourage you to browse via secure connections (HTTPS). We have taken measures to ensure our code is free of malicious scripts, ensuring your experience remains one of wonder, not worry.
V. Contact the Director
