By entering the digital premises of Act Arcana, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Consider this your ticket. If you do not agree with the house rules, we kindly ask you to exit the theater through the nearest browser tab.

II. Suspension of Disbelief (Disclaimer)

This is a performance. All content provided on Act Arcana—including tarot readings, oracles, scripts, and archetypes—is for entertainment purposes only.

The Oracle is an algorithm, not a medical professional. The Tarot is a script, not a legal counsel. You should not make life-altering decisions (financial, medical, or legal) based solely on the flip of a digital card. We are the playwrights of code, not the architects of your reality.

III. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

The stage design, the script (code), and the props (assets) are the exclusive property of Act Arcana. You may enjoy the show, but you may not record it, reproduce it, or sell tickets to it elsewhere without our written permission. Plagiarism is bad karma.

IV. House Rules (Conduct)

While using our site, you agree not to attempt to dismantle the stage (reverse engineer the code) or heckle the performers (send malicious requests). We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who disrupts the performance.

V. Limitation of Liability

Act Arcana provides the venue "as is." We are not liable for any spiritual awakenings, existential crises, or sudden urges to become a thespian that may result from using our site.
